Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product that is delivered electronically.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchasing by mistake.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Lack of software, equipment, or technical knowledge required to use the product.
- Personal preference regarding design, content, or functionality when the product matches the description provided.
Exceptions
We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:
The digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- The delivered product is substantially different from the product description.
- You did not receive the product after purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
In all other cases, sales are final due to the instant-access nature of digital products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period - Apply Only To EU Customer
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically when:
- Delivery has begun with your prior express consent;
- You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
- Confirmation of this consent has been provided.
By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once access or download begins.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
